Returns Policy
We are dedicated to excellent customer service. We want you, the customer, to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we do know that mistakes do happen. If you feel that an error has been made on our part, please contact us immediately either by phone at (336)949-9072 or by email at jason@brewjeans.com. We will gladly consider replacing or refunding your order.

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after your order is delivered to you. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
There are situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable).
-Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after its delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please allow several days for your refund to be processed by us and your bank or credit card company. If you have not received your refund credit after 5-7 business days, please check your bank or credit card account one more time, just to make sure it has not come through. ONLY REGULARLY PRICED ITEM ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. ITEMS THAT ARE ON SALE CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

You will be responsible for any costs involved in returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipping you originally paid will be removed from your refund.
